One of the Lucy Jay stockists, Howkapow was interviewed by Amelia's Magazine discussing their online shop. Included in this interview was some illustrations of the scarves they stock; it was a really nice surprise seeing them, and here they are below.
Lucy Scarf: this was illustrated by Gareth A Hopkins. He has taken the image from the first look book as shot by Sarah Patel and added his own twist to it with the pink background and very bold hair style!
Patrick Scarf: Here the scarf has been illustrated by the Brooklyn based illustrator Gabriel Ayla. Again using the styling ideas from the first look book, the model has been omitted and replaced with a very street and gangster style drawing. A really unique and different take on Lucy Jay which is why it looks so great.
Claire Scarf: Finally Jenny Robins has taken various aspects of the image of the this scarf. The middle image looks great, I like how the print itself has been drawn, it brings a new dimension to the style.
