Stone and Spear
I got an email this morning from Simon from Stone and Spear showing some love for Lucy Jay scarves.
I went on to check out his website and found he is an illustrator who goes down the bright colours and lots of shapes route as Lucy Jay does however in that Stone and Spear kinda way! Loooove it... and thanks Simon!

Snow and Stuff
So the Lucy Jay studios were pretty snowed in last week but we are just about thored out now and back to it, however still slightly cold and decided to wear slippers instead of shoes!
Also... the super Alison Jane from the Ethical Hedonist added a great write up to her website. She say that 'It is hard not to feel a rush of excitement when the eye first comes to rest on Lucy Jay's extraordinary flights of fantasy scarf designs...' The post is great and talks about all of the
silk jersey collections inspirations and ideas.

There was also Emerging Fervour who write about upcoming designers and described Lucy Jay scarves as 'amazing'. To keep yourself up to date with what is going on in the upcoming world of fashion this is a great site to keep you informed.
Stay warm!

Lucy Jay's Supermarket Sarah Wall
Today Lucy Jay's Supermarket Sarah Wall was launched; not only have you got scarves, flowers and pumpkins but the new collection of one off framed illustrations. Inspired from the scarves in the first and second collections each illustration takes parts of the design to create a bright and beautiful frame and piece of art work.
Take a look... enjoy!

Amy and Adam
From the new collection Adam and Amy are the newest additions to Lucy Jay.
100% silk jersey, the scarves are interesting and fun to play around with. Each scarf takes the recognisable symmetrical patterns and prints to create a more passionate collection. There are a combination of muted colours, however the bold and bright styles still have not been forgotten helping to create crisp print designs that can again be worn in any shape or form.
They are now available to buy from boticca.com and of course the full look book is on the Lucy Jay website.

Sophie is Lucy Jays new recruit in the new studio and has been helping out for the past couple of days. As well as all things scarves we have drunk lots of tea along with cup- a- soups.
Thanks Sophie!
